- In direct ELISAs, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant human ADAM10 is observed.
- No cross-reactivity with rhADAM8, rmADAM9, rmADAM15, rhBACE, or rhTACE.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

ADAM10 mRNA is expressed in various human and bovine tissues.
