Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences are cloned from immunoreactive rabbits, and individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Cyclins are key regulatory proteins in eukaryotic cell cycle control. Cyclin A accumulates prior to cyclin B, is involved in S phase regulation, and associates with cyclin-dependent kinase-2 (Cdk2). It also interacts with E1A, DRTF1, E2F, and retinoblastoma protein (p110).
Cyclin A1, highly expressed in germ cells, shares sequence homology with Xenopus cyclin A1 and can associate with Cdk2, p39, and Cdc2 p34.
