They consist of multiple recombinant monoclonal antibodies combined to deliver both the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies and the specificity of monoclonal antibodies, with the consistency achievable only from recombinant production.
These antibodies recognize multiple epitope sites on the target, providing higher detection sensitivity for low-abundance targets.
Each lot contains a defined mixture of light and heavy chains, ensuring reproducibility and eliminating biological variability associated with traditional polyclonal production.

Target Information
Histone H3 is a DNA-binding protein found in the chromatin of all eukaryotic cells. Together with other core histones, it forms the nucleosome structure that organizes DNA.
Histones play critical roles in transcription regulation, DNA repair, replication, and chromosomal stability.
The N-terminal tail of histone H3 undergoes post-translational modifications such as methylation, acetylation, and phosphorylation, influencing chromatin structure and gene expression.
