They consist of multiple recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies with the specificity and lot-to-lot consistency of monoclonal antibodies.
Each lot is manufactured with a defined mixture of light and heavy chains, ensuring reproducible performance and eliminating the biological variability typical of polyclonal antibody production.

Target Information
Histones are basic nuclear proteins responsible for the nucleosome structure of eukaryotic chromatin.
Two molecules each of H2A, H2B, H3, and H4 form an octamer around which ~146 bp of DNA wraps, creating nucleosomes.
Histone H1 interacts with linker DNA between nucleosomes, aiding chromatin compaction.
The H4 gene is intronless, lacks a polyA tail, and includes a palindromic termination element.
Located within the large histone gene cluster on chromosome 6.
