Product Specific Information
- 1 µg/mL of MA5-45591 detects Synaptotagmin-7 in 20 µg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as secondary antibody.
- Detects approximately 45 kDa.
- Does not cross-react with Synaptotagmin-6 or other related proteins.
- May identify additional isoforms around 65 kDa.
- Formerly sold as clone S275-14.
