Product Specific Information
VI-PL2 단클론 항체는 인간 CD61(Integrin β3, GPIIIa)을 인식합니다. CD61은 β integrin 계열의 90–110 kDa 단백질로, 백혈구, 혈소판, 내피세포, 평활근세포 등에 발현됩니다.
CD61은 CD41(αIIb) 및 CD51(αV)과 비공유 결합하여 αIIbβ3(CD41/CD61), αVβ3(CD51/CD61) 복합체를 형성하며, 세포 부착, 이동, 증식, 분화에 관여합니다.
CD41/CD61은 혈소판 응집에 관여하며 fibrinogen, vWF, fibronectin과 결합합니다. CD51/CD61은 vitronectin, fibronectin, vWF, fibrinogen 등과 결합하며, 혈관내피세포의 이동과 생존 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
이 항체는 개 및 여러 비인간 영장류(예: 개코원숭이, 붉은털원숭이, 긴꼬리원숭이)에서도 교차 반응이 보고되었습니다.

CD61(GPIIIa, ITGB3)은 거대핵세포, 혈소판 및 전구세포에 존재하는 당단백질로, fibrinogen, fibronectin, von Willebrand factor, vitronectin 등의 수용체 역할을 합니다.
CD61은 αIIb(CD41) 또는 αV(CD51) integrin과 결합하여 세포 표면에서 복합체를 형성하며, 세포 부착 및 신호전달에 관여합니다.
CD61 기능 이상은 Glanzmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 Bleeding Disorder와 관련이 있습니다.
