Target Information
MAGI3 (Membrane-associated guanylate kinase with inverted orientation 3) is a 130 kDa guanylate kinase belonging to a family of multi-PDZ domain-containing proteins localized to epithelial cell tight junctions.
MAGI3 interacts with PTEN/MMAC to regulate AKT/PKB kinase activity, influencing cell proliferation and survival.
It contains an N-terminal guanylate kinase domain, a WW domain (with conserved tryptophan residues), and five PDZ domains.
