Target Information
Janus Activating Kinase 2 and 3 (JAK2/JAK3)는 세포질 신호전달에 관여하는 관련 티로신 키나제 계열 단백질입니다.
인터페론이나 인터루킨과 같은 다양한 사이토카인 자극에 반응하여 JAKs는 인산화되어 활성화됩니다.
활성화된 JAKs는 STAT 단백질을 인산화시켜 핵으로 이동하게 하며, 이는 다양한 유전자 발현을 조절합니다.
JAK2는 IFN-γ 수용체 복합체의 개시를 위해 필수적이며, JAK1은 반응 증폭 역할을 수행합니다.
일부 연구에서는 JAK2의 역할이 Tyk2 및 JAK3에 의해 대체될 수 있다고 보고되었습니다.
