Target Information
ADRBK1 (GRK2)는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로, G 단백질 결합 수용체(GPCR)의 중요한 조절 인자입니다. GRK2는 포유류에서 광범위하게 발현되며, 리간드 결합 후 GPCR을 인산화하여 β-arrestin-1에 의해 매개되는 GPCR 내재화 및 Ras–Raf–ERK1&2 신호 경로를 활성화합니다. GRK2 활성은 PKC, Src, ERK1&2 등의 키나아제에 의한 인산화 및 다양한 단백질과의 상호작용을 통해 조절됩니다. ERK는 Ser670에서 GRK2를 인산화하여 음성 피드백 메커니즘으로 GRK2를 불활성화합니다.
