Target Information
TRPC4AP functions as a substrate-specific adapter of the DCX (DDB1-CUL4-X-box) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex required for cell cycle control.
The DCX(TRUSS) complex mediates polyubiquitination and degradation of MYC.
It also participates in the activation of NFKB1 in response to TNFRSF1A ligation, potentially linking TNFRSF1A to the IKK signalosome.
Involved in JNK activation via interaction with TRAF2 and in regulation of endoplasmic reticulum Ca²⁺ storage in response to CHRM1.
