  • Suggested positive control for IHC applications: Rat antrum
  • Reconstitution: Add 50–100 µL of distilled water, then dilute in 0.1M PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide
  • Storage after reconstitution: -20°C

Target Information

This antibody can be used to study the differential tissue expression and intracellular/subcellular localization of gastrin in neuroendocrine cells of the gastrointestinal tract and in the CNS.
Antibodies to gastrin are useful for identifying and detecting gastrin in normal and neoplastic tissue.
