Western blot과 ICC/IF에서 성공적으로 사용되었으며, Western blot에서는 HeLa 세포 라이세이트에서 약 13 kDa의 VAMP-3 단백질을 검출합니다.
면역원은 생쥐 VAMP-3의 M(1)–R(18) 서열에 해당하는 합성 펩타이드이며, 동일한 펩타이드(Cat. # PEP-145)는 중화 및 대조 실험용으로도 제공됩니다.
