For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MAPK13 (p38 delta) is a serine/threonine kinase that transduces extracellular signals such as cytokine and environmental stress responses. It regulates keratinocyte differentiation and is activated by phosphorylation or autophosphorylation mediated by MAP3K7IP1/TAB1.
Substrates include transcription regulators (ATF2, MEF2C, MAX), cell cycle regulator CDC25B, and tumor suppressor p53, indicating roles in stress-related transcription, cell cycle control, and genotoxic stress response.
Four alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
