Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RUVBL2 exhibits single-stranded DNA-stimulated ATPase and ATP-dependent DNA helicase (5′→3′) activity.
It is a component of the NuA4 histone acetyltransferase complex involved in transcriptional activation through histone acetylation (H4 and H2A).
This modification promotes transcriptional regulation, DNA repair, and oncogene-related growth processes.
RUVBL2 is essential for MYC-mediated oncogenic transformation and modulates transcriptional activation via the LEF1/TCF1-CTNNB1 complex, while potentially inhibiting ATF2 activity.
