Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ERCC1 is a non-catalytic component of a structure-specific DNA repair endonuclease responsible for the 5′ incision during DNA repair.
Together with SLX4, it participates in the repair of interstrand cross-links (ICL) and processing of anaphase bridge-generating DNA structures that can cause cytokinesis failure.
ERCC1 also contributes to homology-directed repair (HDR) of DNA double-strand breaks in conjunction with SLX4. (Source: Uniprot)
