Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.
- For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below.
- Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
- Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
- Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute only prior to immediate use.
- Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, purified and partially purified Human CRP.
Target Information
CRP (C-reactive protein)는 5개의 동일한 비당화 서브유닛으로 구성된 주요 급성기 단백질로, 각 서브유닛은 206개의 아미노산으로 이루어져 있으며 분자량은 약 24 kDa입니다. 간에서 생성되며 염증 시 혈중 농도가 급격히 증가합니다.
CRP는 선천 면역에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 손상된 세포나 병원체를 인식하여 보체 시스템 및 면역세포 활성화를 유도합니다.
염증, 감염, 손상 시 100–1000배 증가하며, 고기저 CRP 수치는 고혈압 및 심혈관 질환 위험 증가와 관련이 있습니다.
