Target Information
CD2 (LFA-2)는 인간 T-림프구 계열의 단량체 표면 항원(MW 45–58 kDa)으로, 대부분의 말초혈 T세포와 일부 NK 세포에서 발현되며 B세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
CD2는 T세포와 항원제시세포 간의 부착을 안정화하는 CD58과 상호작용합니다.
T세포 활성화 시 CD2의 발현과 이동성이 증가하여 세포 간 접촉을 강화합니다.
CD2 결핍은 장 염증을 감소시키고 감염 조절에 도움을 줍니다.
CD2 기능 이상은 음경 편평세포암 및 흉선 결핍에 의한 면역결핍과 관련이 있습니다.
