Target Information
NEDD8는 유비퀴틴 유사 단백질로, 세포주기 조절과 배아 발생에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 기질에 결합하기 위해서는 E1 복합체(UBE1C-APPBP1)에 의해 활성화되고 E2 효소(UBE2M)에 연결되어야 합니다. NEDD8이 cullin에 결합하면 관련된 E3 유비퀴틴 리가아제 활성이 활성화되어 사이클린 및 기타 조절 단백질의 폴리유비퀴틴화 및 프로테아좀 분해를 촉진합니다.
