Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene belongs to the insulin-like growth factor binding protein (IGFBP) family. It encodes a protein containing an IGFBP domain and a thyroglobulin type-I domain. The protein binds IGF-I and IGF-II, circulates in plasma, prolongs IGF half-life, and modulates their receptor interactions.
