Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ITPK1 (Inositol 1,3,4-trisphosphate 5/6-kinase 1) encodes an enzyme involved in inositol phosphate metabolism, regulating the synthesis of inositol tetraphosphate and downstream molecules such as inositol pentakisphosphate and inositol hexakisphosphate.
This pathway plays a role in neural tube development, and disruptions in this gene are associated with neural tube defects.
A pseudogene of ITPK1 has been identified on chromosome X.
