Target Information

ASF1B 유전자는 효모의 anti-silencing function-1 유전자와 유사한 H3/H4 히스톤 샤페론 단백질 계열의 구성원을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 세포 주기 조절 키나제인 tousled-like kinase family의 기질로 작용하며, 뉴클레오솜 조립 부위에서 히스톤 공급을 유지함으로써 크로마틴의 뉴클레오솜 구조를 조절하는 핵심 역할을 수행할 수 있습니다.
