Product Specific Information
The HI30 monoclonal antibody reacts with all isoforms of human CD45 (Leukocyte Common Antigen, LCA), expressed on all hematopoietic cells except circulating erythrocytes and platelets. CD45 functions as a tyrosine phosphatase, playing a critical role in lymphocyte activation.

- Applications Tested: Pre-diluted and validated for normal human peripheral blood cells
- Recommended Use: 5 µL (0.125 µg) per test (in 100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)

Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen) is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase expressed on all nucleated hematopoietic cells, constituting up to 10% of lymphocyte surface proteins. It regulates Src-family kinases, T- and B-cell receptor signaling, and cytokine receptor pathways. CD45 isoforms arise via alternative splicing and differ in extracellular domains. It is absent on non-hematopoietic tissues and crucial for lymphocyte development, activation, and survival.
