Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
UAP1 converts UDP and GlcNAc-1-P into UDP-GlcNAc, and UDP and GalNAc-1-P into UDP-GalNAc.
- Isoform AGX1: 2–3× higher activity toward GalNAc-1-P
- Isoform AGX2: 8× higher activity toward GlcNAc-1-P
