For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Apolipoprotein A4 (ApoA-IV) is a plasma O-linked glycoprotein and a major constituent of HDL, also found on newly synthesized chylomicrons. Although its physiological role is not fully understood, in vitro studies suggest involvement in the reverse cholesterol transport pathway, transferring cholesterol from peripheral cells back to the liver.
