For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MBL2 is a calcium-dependent lectin involved in innate immune defense. It binds mannose, fucose, and N-acetylglucosamine on various microorganisms and activates the lectin complement pathway. Additionally, MBL2 interacts with late apoptotic and necrotic cells to facilitate their uptake by macrophages, and may also bind DNA.
