Target Information
IFN gamma (Interferon gamma, Type II interferon)은 대식세포 활성화 인자이자 면역 인터페론으로, 주로 T-림프구와 자연살해세포(NK cell)가 항원, 미토젠, Staphylococcus enterotoxin B, phytohemaglutanin 및 기타 사이토카인에 반응하여 생성합니다.
이 단백질은 두 개의 146 아미노산 서브유닛으로 구성된 이합체(glycoprotein homodimer, 약 45 kDa) 형태로 존재하며, SDS-PAGE 상에서는 25, 20, 15.5 kDa 밴드로 관찰됩니다. 이는 당화(glycosylation) 정도의 차이에 기인합니다.

- B 림프구의 면역글로불린 분비 증가
