Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The PNMA3 gene encodes a protein belonging to the paraneoplastic antigen MA (PNMA) family, which shares homology with retroviral Gag proteins. PNMA antigens are highly expressed in the brain and various tumors associated with neurological phenotypes.
Reports indicate the presence of a functional -1 ribosomal frameshift signal in this gene, though the frame-shifted product remains uncharacterized.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have also been identified.
