Product Specific Information
- 재구성을 위해 멸균 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도를 약 1 mg/mL로 조정하는 것을 권장합니다.
- Conjugation 실험용으로 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 탈염 과정을 추가로 수행하는 것이 좋습니다. (예: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)
Target Information
NUDT6 (nudix (nucleoside diphosphate linked moiety X)-type motif 6), 또는 Antisense basic fibroblast growth factor (GFG-1)로 알려진 단백질은 Nudix hydrolase 계열의 pyrophosphatase입니다.
이 효소들은 Nudix 도메인을 포함하며, 뉴클레오타이드 유도체의 가수분해를 촉매합니다.
NUDT6는 FGF-2 유전자의 antisense 전사체로, FGF-2의 발현 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
FGF-2는 혈관신생, 신경외배엽 발달, 상처 치유 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
NUDT6는 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 두 가지 isoform으로 발현됩니다.
