NUDT6 (nudix (nucleoside diphosphate linked moiety X)-type motif 6), 또는 Antisense basic fibroblast growth factor (GFG-1)로 알려진 단백질은 Nudix hydrolase 계열의 pyrophosphatase입니다.

NUDT6는 FGF-2 유전자의 antisense 전사체로, FGF-2의 발현 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
