Product Specific Information

Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW) depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

The KCNN4 gene encodes a voltage-independent potassium channel activated by intracellular calcium.
Activation leads to membrane hyperpolarization, promoting calcium influx.
This protein may be part of the predominant calcium-activated potassium channel in T-lymphocytes.
It belongs to the KCNN family but differs enough to form a distinct subfamily.
