• Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
• Ships as lyophilized powder at room temperature.
• Upon arrival, store at -20°C.

Target Information

LRRC26 protein was initially identified as a cytokeratin-associated protein with elevated expression in various cancer cell lines and normal prostate and salivary gland tissues. It negatively regulates NF-kappaB activation and suppresses tumor growth and metastasis. LRRC26 also modulates the efficacy of large conductance calcium-activated K (BK) channels.
