Target Information
IP3 Receptor 1은 세포 내 소포체로부터 inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate 자극에 의해 칼슘을 방출하는 채널 단백질입니다.
이 단백질은 AHCYL1과의 상호작용을 통해 상피 세포의 전해질 및 체액 분비 조절에 관여하며, ER 스트레스 유도 세포사멸(apoptosis)에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
소포체에서 방출된 세포질 칼슘은 CaM kinase II를 활성화하여 하위 세포사멸 경로를 유도합니다.
