USP10 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 10)은 ubiquitin-specific protease 계열의 cysteine protease로, p53/TP53, SNX3, CFTR 등의 ubiquitin-conjugated 단백질에서 ubiquitin을 절단하는 역할을 합니다. 또한 DNA 결합 androgen receptor (AR) 복합체의 구성 요소로 확인되었으며, p53/TP53 안정성 조절 및 종양 억제 기능에 관여합니다.
