Naratuximab은 CD37을 표적으로 하는 바이오시밀러 항체입니다. CD37은 transmembrane 4 superfamily (tetraspanin family)에 속하는 세포 표면 단백질로, 4개의 소수성 도메인을 가지며 세포 발달, 활성화, 성장, 이동 조절에 관여하는 신호 전달에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 이 단백질은 인테그린 및 다른 tetraspanin 단백질과 복합체를 형성하며, T세포-B세포 상호작용에 관여할 수 있습니다. 다양한 스플라이싱으로 인해 여러 이소폼을 생성합니다.
