Timolumab은 AOC3를 표적으로 하는 바이오시밀러 항체입니다. Copper amine oxidases는 구리 및 퀴논 보조인자의 존재하에 아민을 알데하이드로 산화 전환하는 효소입니다. 이 단백질은 지방세포의 세포막에서 주요하게 존재하며, 접착 특성과 모노아민 산화효소 활성을 가집니다. 또한 약 9kb 하류에 위치한 해당 유전자의 유사유전자(pseudogene)가 보고되어 있습니다.
