Target Information
MARCH8 (c-MIR)은 E3 유비퀴틴 리가아제로, modulator of immune recognition (MIR) 패밀리에 속합니다. 이 단백질은 RING-CH 도메인을 가지며, KSHV MIR1 및 MIR2의 구조적/기능적 상동체로 알려져 있습니다.
MARCH8은 B7-2를 리소좀 분해로 유도하여 세포 표면 발현을 억제하며, 트랜스페린 수용체 및 Fas의 발현도 감소시킵니다. 또한 MHC II 발현 억제 기능을 가진 최초의 E3 유비퀴틴 리가아제로 보고되었으며, MHC-II 및 CD86의 유비퀴틴화를 통해 면역 반응 조절에 관여합니다.
