Target Information
BCL-10은 N-말단 CARD(Caspase Recruitment Domain)를 포함한 단백질로, 적응 면역 반응에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 세포자멸사 촉진, pro-caspase-9 성숙, NIK 및 IKK를 통한 NF-κB 활성화를 유도합니다. 또한 TNFR1-TRADD-RIP 복합체와 NIK-IKK-IKAP 복합체 사이의 어댑터 단백질 역할을 합니다. BCL-10은 MALT1의 기질이며, 유전자 변이는 면역결핍 37형 또는 점막 관련 림프종(MALT lymphoma)을 유발할 수 있습니다.
