PC4(activated RNA polymerase II transcription cofactor 4)는 전사 공동활성화 인자로, DNA 결합 활성을 통해 프로모터 기반 및 비특이적 전사를 억제할 수 있습니다. TFIIH 전사 인자가 PC4에 의해 매개되는 억제를 완화하며, ERCC3 헬리케이스 활성을 통해 PC4가 유도하는 위상학적 제약을 해소합니다.
