This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
TROP2 is a carcinoma-associated antigen defined by the monoclonal antibody GA733. It is a member of a family of type I membrane proteins that transduce intracellular calcium signals and act as cell surface receptors. Mutations in its gene cause gelatinous drop-like corneal dystrophy, an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by severe corneal amyloidosis leading to blindness.
