This antibody is predicted to react with Monkey, Rat, Pig, and Bovine.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed, followed by screening for optimal clones.

Target Information
NME1 was identified due to reduced mRNA transcript levels in highly metastatic cells.
Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) exists as a hexamer composed of A (encoded by NME1) and B (encoded by NME2) isoforms.
Mutations in NME1 are associated with aggressive neuroblastomas. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
Co-transcription with the downstream NME2 gene generates naturally occurring NME1-NME2 transcripts encoding a fusion protein containing sequences from both genes.
