Target Information
Tribbles 단백질은 세포 분열 억제 인자로, 초파리 발생 과정의 중요한 시점에서 유사분열을 차단합니다. 최근 포유류의 Tribbles 유사 단백질(TRBs)이 확인되어 MAPK 활성을 조절하는 것으로 알려졌습니다.
TRIB3(또는 TRB-3, SINK, SKIP3)는 TRBs 패밀리의 구성원으로, TNF 자극 또는 하위 신호 단백질에 의해 유도되는 NF-κB 의존적 전사를 억제하지만, NF-κB의 핵 내 이동 및 DNA 결합은 억제하지 않습니다.
TRIB3/SKIP3는 여러 인간 종양에서 과발현되며, 저산소 상태에 의해 조절됩니다.
