Sartorius Minisart® Syringe Filter (Polyethersulfone, PES)

Minisart® High Flow with polyethersulfone (PES) is optimal for highest flow rates and a pH of 3–12.
Type 16532 with a pore size of 0.22 µm can be used for sterile filtration and has a male luer lock outlet.
Version GUK is individually packed and sterilized by gamma irradiation.

Overview

Individually packed and sterile Minisart® High Flow syringe filters are ideal for immediate use whenever sterile filtration, clarification, or cell removal under sterile conditions is required.
Due to the slightly asymmetric membrane structure, the PES surface acts almost like a pre-filter, enabling the highest flow rates. The low-binding membrane is tightly connected with the housing, allowing bidirectional use.
The housing is made of acrylic resin MBS (Methacrylate butadiene styrene), which has limited compatibility with alcohols but is free of phthalates and passes the plastic class VI test.
