The monoclonal mouse IgG2b, kappa antibody is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
- Applications Reported: APC Mouse IgG2b Iso Control is reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
- Applications Tested: Validated for flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Target Information
Mouse IgG2b is a subtype of immunoglobulin G produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the third most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in adaptive immunity.
Functions include opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It also regulates immune responses such as T cell activation and B cell inhibition.
Used in research applications including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, as well as in therapeutic studies like immunotherapy and vaccine development.
