This monoclonal mouse IgG2a, kappa antibody is used as an isotype control for mouse IgG2a antibodies.

• Applications Reported: Suitable for flow cytometric analysis.

• Applications Tested: Pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells.

  • Recommended usage: 5 µL (1 µg)/test per million cells (100 µL blood).
  • A test is defined as the amount of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL.
  • Cell number may vary from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test.
  • Antibody should be titrated for optimal performance.
