Target Information

Mouse IgG2b is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the third most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in adaptive immunity through opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It regulates immune responses by influencing T cell activation and B cell inhibition.
Mouse IgG2b is widely used in research applications such as ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, and also in immunotherapy and vaccine development.
