For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended.

Target Information
RAB3IP acts as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that activates RAB8A and RAB8B by promoting GDP-to-GTP exchange. It regulates actin organization and polarized vesicle transport to the cell surface.
Together with RAB11A, RAB8A, the exocyst complex, PARD3, PRKCI, ANXA2, CDC42, and DNMBP, it promotes transcytosis of PODXL to the apical membrane initiation sites (AMIS), apical surface formation, and lumenogenesis.
