Target Information
RAB3IP는 guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF)로서 RAB8A 및 RAB8B를 활성화할 수 있습니다.
GDP 결합형 비활성 Rab 단백질을 GTP 결합형 활성 형태로 전환시키며, RAB8A 및 RAB8B로부터 GDP 방출을 매개하지만 RAB3A나 RAB5에서는 그렇지 않습니다.
Actin 조직을 조절하고, RAB8A 특이적 소포의 극성 수송을 촉진합니다.
또한 RAB11A, RAB8A, exocyst complex, PARD3, PRKCI, ANXA2, CDC42, DNMBP와 함께 PODXL의 transcytosis, apical surface 형성 및 lumenogenesis를 촉진합니다.
