Target Information
CD22 (BL-CAM)은 분자량 130~140 kDa의 type I integral membrane glycoprotein으로, B-림프구의 세포질과 세포막에서 발현됩니다. CD22 항원은 B세포 분화 초기 CD19 항원과 유사한 단계에서 나타나며, 성숙 B세포(CD22+)와 형질세포(CD22-) 사이의 후기 분화 단계에서 주로 발현됩니다.
따라서 성숙 백혈병의 표현형 분석에 유용할 수 있습니다. CD22는 hairy cell leukemia에서 강하게 발현되며, alpha2,6-linked sialic acid에 선택적으로 결합합니다.
면역 반응에서 리간드 유도 티로신 인산화 후 B세포 항원 수용체 신호 조절에 관여하며, Src family tyrosine kinase와의 상호작용을 통해 양성 조절 역할을 하거나, SH2 도메인을 통해 세포질 인산화효소를 모집하여 신호 전달을 억제하는 수용체로 작용할 수 있습니다.
CD22는 diffuse large B-cell lymphoma와 nodular lymphocyte predominance Hodgkin’s lymphoma에서 양성으로, classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma에서는 음성으로 나타납니다.
