Target Information
CD47 (integrin-associated protein, IAP)은 세포 표면에 광범위하게 발현되는 막관통 당단백질로, 여러 인테그린과 상호작용하며 그 기능을 조절합니다. CD47은 용해성 리간드 또는 상호 수용체와 결합하여 다양한 신호 전달 경로를 조절하며, 세포 부착 시 세포 내 칼슘 농도 증가에 관여합니다. 또한 thrombospondin의 C-말단 세포 결합 도메인에 대한 수용체로 작용하며, 막 수송 및 신호 전달에 역할을 합니다.
CD47은 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, Rh 적혈구에서는 발현이 감소되어 있습니다. CD47은 CD172a (signal regulatory protein alpha, SIRPα)와 결합하여 대식세포의 식세포 작용을 억제합니다. 이 시스템은 세포 이동, B 세포 부착, T 세포 활성화, 연골세포의 기계적 자극 반응 조절 및 신경 발달에도 관여합니다. 특히 뇌와 망막의 시냅스가 풍부한 영역에서 많이 발견됩니다.
