Preparation:
Produced from sera of goats immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human IL-12. Anti-Human IL-12-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing an immobilized Human IL-12 matrix.

Sandwich ELISA:
To detect Human IL-12 by sandwich ELISA (100 µL/well antibody solution), use 0.5–2.0 µg/mL of this antibody. When paired with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Human IL-12 (500-P154GBt) as detection antibody, the detection limit is 0.2–0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Human IL-12.

Western Blot:
For Western blot detection of Human IL-12, use 0.1–0.2 µg/mL. Detection limit for Recombinant Human IL-12 is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions.

IL-12 p70 (Interleukin-12)
IL-12 p70 is a cytokine critical in immune response to infections and cancer. Produced by dendritic cells, macrophages, and B cells, it stimulates interferon-gamma production, T cell, and NK cell activation. IL-12 p70 is investigated as a therapeutic target in infectious diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer for its role in enhancing immune responses and modulating inflammation.
