Target Information
Nuclear lamins는 핵막의 nucleoplasmic 면에 intermediate-type filament 네트워크를 형성합니다.
주요 아형으로 A-type lamins와 B-type lamins가 있으며, A-type lamins는 lamin A, C, Adel 10으로 구성됩니다.
B-type lamins는 lamin B1과 B2로 구성됩니다.
A-type lamins의 돌연변이는 Emery-Dreifuss muscular dystrophy, dilated cardiomyopathy with conduction-system disease, Dunnigan-type familial partial lipodystrophy 등 다양한 희귀 유전 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
A-type lamins는 세포 분화와 관련되어 있으며, chromatin과의 상호작용을 통해 유전자 발현 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
